With my firm, we will accept payments after you file bankruptcy.  You just need to cover the filing fee and the credit counseling class.  Fees for Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 cases are determined on a case by case basis.

We do offer free initial consultations with Mr. Shapiro.  The consultations usually last anywhere from 15-30 minutes.  These consultations are utilized to give you our initial opinion but all cases are different and our opinion may change after reviewing your entire financial situation.

 

In light of the COVID Virus, consultations are available on the phone, Facetime, Skype or even Zoom.

Our normal hours are Monday - Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Weekend appointments are also available.
